It's been long over due, but here it is......
2007 was a year of awesome times, inspirational moments, new friends, amazing experiences and pure fun. I know this blog will not do it justice because it's the times where "you just had to be there" that make it all the worth while, but I wanted to share some moments that were special and hope you can indulge in my Best Year Ever...2007!
When you're having the time of your life, every single day and night, you sometimes forget to stop and take a picture, so here are just some of those times when we remembered to take out our cameras...
********************
It all began with a New Year's celebration in Hong Kong, which consisted of an insanely pretentious dinner, VIP to the best lounge and club, and unlimited champagne all night long!

Hiking...Singing...Loving our VIP treatment in Hawaii...
After some drinks, good music, delicious curly fries, and our horrible encounter with a Canadian at Duke's, we found the Aussie across the street...The Billy Candy!
April 5, 2007 - Oh, Henrik! An unforgettable moment...
Look at Jerry hanging out with the coolest Baruch College graduate of '07. I am officially done with school...so now what?

OOooooh, I know! We party...we check out the awesome music scene...we discover the city's best...we party...we go on the NYC diet...we sing & walk in circles...we party...we binge on sushi...we bikram...we go to happy hour 7 days a week, then party afterwards, then stop by Hiro! Oh, and most importantly, we write, write, write, and write...or rather, type, type, type, and type...while dining on salmon tartare with a glass of chardonney!
Here we are in Atlantic City supporting Drummer Donnie who was on tour with Seal, but first we had to check out a local band at the Gypsy!

Seal's Band -- Yes, we have backstage passes...we wouldn't have gone otherwise! Just kidding! Thanks for the tickets, Donnie!
We saw Sky and Shane perform at the Living Room and bumped into DJ Tiesto?! Who would've ever imagined that Tiesto would EVER be there of all places...well, I made the most of his appearance there and flirted my way to score us VIP to his performance at Hammerstein that weekend, but drama happens when you do not answer Tiesto's call...oops!
Oh, and how can we forget the night of Jupiter One and my friends visiting from Deutschland! As usual, it was a night of good music, bass players, drummer boys, robes, sunglasses, harmonicas, scarves, and the ATM guy!
The night of randomness...went to Stout to watch the Rangers game, shared our fries with the guys sitting next to us, ended up watching college football with everyone, headed to union square for Brian's birthday, got stuck talking to a Boston Red Sox fan at the bar, took shots with the birthday boy, got trapped in an episode of "The Master Pickup Artist" (that show on VH1), took a cab to Hiro...A little side note - don't be a drama queen and get intoxicated Amy upset...that is all I have to say about the crowd that night at Hiro...well, besides the cute guy at the door, of course, which keeps me coming back for more!

Now on to the "Best Party of the Year," quoted by the people that we love. This could have been a whole blog in itself...rather 3 different blogs, but since this is a 2007 compilation, I tried to post the best pictures of this paramount part of the year, even though EVERY single picture told a fun/ funny/ weird/ interesting/ crazy/ scandalous/ insane story. It was Amy & Connie's Most Awesome Birthday Shindig! It consisted of three awesome birthday celebrations, with three awesome crowds, on three awesome nights...for two awesomely insane people!
The Pre-Party @ People Lounge was all about the twisted Twister and serenading people on the street at 3:00AM.
The Shindig @ The Delancey, which we moved to People Lounge later on in the night was one BIG crazy mess...
The After Party @ Hiro Lounge was the night where everyone partied like a Rock Star!
********************
A trip to the west coast was just what I needed after the summer of indulging in too much of everything...no, I did not go to sunny California...The area that I went to consisted of places like...Seattle, Washington State, Vancouver, "Bayne-bridigay Island," Forks, La Push, Cape A-la-va!, Seiku, Port Angeles, First Beach, Third Beach, Cape Flattery...And it included important characters such as Rusty Thrasher, Ginger, CaCa, MiMi, PoPo, BenBen, MarMar!
Well, there you have it...The missing & all important 2007 blogs, here for your viewing pleasure. Hope you enjoyed it because I sure did!
Here's to 2007...a year of awesome times, inspirational moments, new friends, amazing experiences and pure fun!
Cheers.
